Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies that systasisconsulting.co.uk actually uses, why, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.
What Cookies Do
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used. We only set non-essential cookies after you give consent through the banner shown when you first visit.
Cookies and Storage Technologies We Actually Use
| Technology | Purpose | Type | Consent required? |
|---|---|---|---|
Google Analytics 4 (cookies typically named _ga, _ga_*) |
Understand how visitors use the site, e.g. which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. We do not use this data for advertising. | Analytics | Yes — not set until you accept |
Retention for Google Analytics data is controlled by our Google Analytics account settings. Exact retention periods can be confirmed on request via the contact details in our Privacy Notice.
Technologies We Use That Are Not Cookies
- Google Fonts. Typefaces used on this site are delivered from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). This is a resource request needed to display the site's fonts and does not set a cookie, but it does mean your device connects to a Google server when loading a page.
- Formspree. Our contact form submits directly to Formspree, our form-processing provider, so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. This is a one-off submission, not a tracking cookie.
- LinkedIn. Our footer links to our LinkedIn company page. This is a plain link, not an embedded widget, no data is shared with LinkedIn unless you click through and visit their site directly, at which point their own cookie policy applies.
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels, social media embeds, chat widgets, or any other tracking technology beyond what is listed above.
Managing Your Preferences
You can change your cookie choice at any time.
Browser Controls
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the technologies we use change. Check back here for the current version.
